I really need to get back on track with eating

Mon Tuna, tomato and white beans

Tues Chicken with tomatoes, peppers and onions in the crockpot

Wed Salisbury steak with green beans side

Thurs Beef and broccoli

Fri Salmon with TBD sides

Sat Pizza bowl
