South Beach diet meal planning week of Sept 6th

Here is the dinner  meal plan for my South Beach diet

Monday Cookout at a friends house


Tuesday Chicken with spinach casserole

Wednesday Pizza burgers (tomato sauce, cheese and mushrooms melted onto a turkey burger)

Thursday Beef and broccoli

Friday Clean out the fridge night or fish

Saturday Pizza bowl frozen pizza for the family

Sunday Steak, black beans,tomatos and onions
